First let me introduce you to the two brands that are sold by the two largest home improvement big box retailers and then to my favorite brand.

Silestone is probably the most popular brand of quartz countertops and they are likely available close by at The Home Depot.
Stop in and check them out. While you're there get some samples so that you can match them to the rest of your kitchen.
Also have a look at Zodiaq countertops, often misspelled zodiac countertops, at Lowe's. If you don't have a Lowe's near you than you can check them out at Ikea. If you don't want to leave your home you can order samples of Zodiaq from their website.
Not found in the big box stores is my favorite brand of quartz countertops, cambria. Cambria is very different from Silestone or Zodiaq. It's 100% quartz without the polymers mixed in with the crushed stone.
Go to their website and type your zip code in on the consumers page to find the closest dealer to you. It's likely that you'll find a dealer very close to your home. Well worth the trip to the stone yard or plumbing supply house. I believe that Cambria's beauty in matched by no other quartz countertop.
When you're done researching who makes quartz countertops and have decided on a brand than order one of every sample that you like plus at least a couple wildcards. Make sure that the counters that you choose will match the decor of your kitchen.
You're entire kitchen will revolve around your countertop. It's also one of the hardest and most expensive things to change of you don't get it right the first time.
