I'm glad that you have chosen quartz countertops and that you are focusing your efforts on brands. I do believe that you have made the best choice for your kitchen.
I think you'll be pleased to know that when you compare Silestone vs Caesarstone there isn't much of a difference at all. As a matter of fact you probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two if it wasn't for one key factor.

The only difference even worth mentioning are the color choices. Both Silestone and Caesarstone make beautiful countertops so you shouldn't have a problem finding lot's of colors that you like from either brand.
So shop around a bit and wait for a sale from either brand. Your options just doubled because both brands offer the same benefits.
One other interesting thing to note is where you buy Caesarstone and Silestone.
Silestone is available at a lot of the big box stores. I don't know about you but I'm not crazy about buying things like that from stores like Home Depot or Lowes. I find that their service and especially follow up service to be lacking.
Caesarstone is available at many of the local lumber yards. Local lumber yards earn a lot of business because of their relationships with contractors and with their reputation for customer service.
I don't know about you but I would much rather deal with a family owned business, like a local lumber yard, than with a big box store any day. Especially if I am not saving any money on quartz countertops at the big box stores.
The prices are about the same when you compare Silestone vs Caesarstone.
